COLLEZIONE GRANDI CRU 2013
The agronomic management of 2013 was very difficult: a cold spring, followed by a rainy and turbolent summer, with continuous temperature changes, has limited production and has made grapes developing slowly and not homogeous. The beginning of the harvest moved to september , the few grapes of Chardonnay from the older and better placed cru were able to mature optimally, simultaneously rich in sugar and acidity , as rarely happens.
Exactly thirty years later, nature offered us the excellent raw material to celebrate, recalling its essence, the first Collezione 1983.
“Wine from the vineyard” already satrting from its golden color : color that is so eloquent as to evoke consistency of ripe fruit , density amplity, complexity how deceptive about its acid, vivid and persistent nature.
