We have a business ethic, our own, and we follow its natural evolution, knowing that each wine is heir to the previous, with its own unique peculiarities. Formulas and recipes, technological and, even worst, chemical expedients, are simply not for us.

What the norms tell us, is not enough.
That is why we start with at least 24-30 months,
reaching, for some of our Collections, even 120 months.
Bound to an artisanal mark, we riddle each bottle by hand,
deciding when to do the disgorging based on the vintage and our own certainties.
Two of the most representative crus within the whole territory,
showing our vocation for still wines as well.
They are the Rampaneto, a single-varietal Chardonnay,
from an old clone spread by cuttings,
and the Tajardino, a selection of Merlot,
Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Filtrations, finings, sulfur dioxide: all is kept to a minimum,
intervening only when truly necessary.
In the wine cellar, shielded from sunlight and sudden changes of temperature,
the wine evolves and ages, maturing its own personality
and strengthening its character.

when everything goes well, 200.000 bottles per year,
always sold out among the best
restaurants and shops, in Italy and worldwide.
Franciacorta would allow us,
on equal extent, to produce 350.000.
